Block Printing on Fabric with Dana Falsetta

Learn to add your own printed designs to your creations, or upcycle your clothes! This class will cover the basics of carving a unique design into a stamp and how to print the design on fabric. You are encouraged to bring your own design, but sample designs will also be provided. Students will leave the class with their printed items and the stamp that they carved.

Prerequisites: None.

Class dates: Sunday, February 8th, from 1 to 3pm.

Location: 506 Main Street Suite 18 Westbrook Maine. Free parking available on-site. Accessible entrance and restrooms.

Materials: Cotton material to print on. This can be clothing, accessories, or plain fabric. Clothing or fabric should be pre-washed. The maximum design size will be 4"x6".

Age requirement: This class is suitable for ages 16 and up.
